“Heroism, love of freedom and Homeland always triumph over savagery” Presidents of the Baltic States and Poland visited Ukraine

President of Poland Andrzej Duda, President of Estonia Alar Karis, President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda, and President of Latvia Egils Levits arrived in Kyiv on April 13, 2022, to meet Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Before the meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the four visited the war-torn town of Borodianka in the Kyiv region alongside Ukrainian prime minister Denys Shmyhal.

Presidents arrived in the country with a strong message of political support and military assistance, Nausėda said. “Heroism, love of freedom, and Homeland always triumph over savagery. Ukraine needs weapons for their fight here and now,” tweeted the Lithuanian President.
