The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Urmas Reinsalu, called for the creation of a special tribunal for the crimes of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.

“Putin celebrates his birthday today. Hope next one he will spend as a prisoner of crimes against humanity. There is a need to create a special tribunal for Russian crimes of aggression!” he wrote on Twitter.
