Star Wars actor and Ukraine’s crowdfunding platform United24 ambassador Mark Hamill met online with the Ukrainian military.
He listened to the stories of the military, discussed their need for drones, specifically the RQ‑35 Heidrun scouts for which he is fundraising, and said he would love to visit Ukraine after the war.
Hamill has already raised more than $705,000. During the conversation, the Ukrainian defenders thanked Mark for his help, emphasizing that reconnaissance drones save not only the lives of military personnel but also civilians.
