“I don’t believe in pacifism any longer. For me, it is an illusion. As long as there are weapons on this planet, we need to have strong armies to protect the weak”

Filmmaker Marc Wilkins and his wife fled Kyiv after Russian troops invaded the country. But after that, he returned to Ukraine to support forces fighting against the invasion.
“I picked Ukraine as my home of choice. I moved here 5 years ago because I was inspired by the people and society here which is shaping the future. I never saw it in any other country that society is so ambitious and inspiring,” Marc Wilkins told Fox News.
“I very much admire the Ukrainian army. I have invested a lot of my energy and also invested money in the Ukrainian army. And now I’m supporting their volunteer army Territorial Defense Forces,” stressed Wilkins. Also, he is glad that his homeland Switzerland is not neutral anymore, because neutrality is a protection for people like Putin.
