ICC’s arrest warrant against Putin is justified. He clearly committed war crimes

US President Joe Biden said the International Criminal Court’s case against Russian President Vladimir Putin “makes a very strong point,” as he voiced support for the investigation into Putin’s alleged war crimes. — CNN reports.
“I think it’s justified. But the question is, it’s not recognized internationally by us, either. But I think it makes a very strong point,” Biden said and later added that Putin had “clearly committed war crimes.”
It comes after the ICC accused Putin and Russia’s commissioner for children of being responsible for the abduction of children from Ukraine.
