“If there are no arms deliveries, Russia will see it as permission to attack” — President Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his video address:
“If there is no painful package of sanctions against Russia if we do not have the weapons supply we need. Weapons, which we have asked for so many times. It will be seen by Russia as permission. As permission to move on. Permission to start a new bloody wave in Donbas.”
