Illia Chernilevskyi, whose father Stanislav Chernilevskyi was wounded during the Revolution of Dignity, died in the Russian war

On February 19, 2014, one of the worst days of the Maidan, young screenwriter and musician Illia Chernilevskyy made a post:

“For everyone who knows Stanislav Chernilevskyy. A famous screenwriter and playwright and just a good man. Tonight my father was wounded on the Maidan. He received a gunshot wound to the thigh, and two bullets in the arm. He was operated but the money was needed for treatment. Please help!”

On May 7, 2022, Illia Chernilevskyy, the author of the post about help, died in the Donetsk region during the Russian war. His mother wrote today that Illia’s body was still in the trenches. And there is no access to the territory because fierce battles are still going on there.
