“I’m determined to personally lead an IAEA mission to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant”
IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi said he was ready to lead an IAEA mission to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in the next few days, informs IAEA.
“Almost every day, there is a new incident at or near the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant. We can’t afford to lose any more time,” stated Grossi.
On August 25, 2022, Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant was completely disconnected from the grid for the first time ever because of the actions of Russian invaders.
