In Kharkiv region, Russians shot civilians from a tank — Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
“In a village of Kharkiv region, the police have established the fact that Russian servicemen shelled civilians from a tank.
That’s why we can no longer talk about the Russian military having moral standards,” First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhenii Yenin said.
