In Mariupol, Russian troops took hostage doctors and patients of the Regional Intensive Care Hospital. One of the hospital workers managed to convey the corresponding message, Head of the regional military administration Pavlo Kyrylenko said. The other day, Russian troops almost destroyed the hospital, but the staff and patients still stayed in the basement.
