Japanese Ambassador to Ukraine Matsuda Kuninori said in an interview with Ukrinform that it is impossible to establish peace without a clear call to Russia to cease fire and withdraw troops from the territory of Ukraine.

“I would like to make a few remarks about “immediate peace at any cost.” Considering the fact that this is a full-scale and one-sided war of aggression on the part of Russia, I believe that peace cannot be established without a clear call to Russia to cease fire and withdraw,” said Matsuda Kuninori.
