Italy is ready to help with demining of the Black Sea for grain exports from Ukraine

“We pressure for the creation of maritime corridors for the transport of food raw materials, especially grain, from Ukrainian ports,” the Italian foreign minister said, according to Rome radio.

Italy offered to participate in possible demining operations and intends to favor a central role for the United Nations and eventually with other partners, such as Turkey, for the coordination of operations, the minister said.
