Japan pledges new $5.5 billion aid package for Ukraine

Japan to pledge a $5.5 billion financial aid package for Ukraine, stated Prime Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida. “There is still a need to assist people whose livelihoods have been destroyed by the war, and to restore destroyed infrastructure,” the Prime Minister of Japan stated at a global forum in Tokyo.
