Kharkiv region museum workers saved the 300-year-old Gospel from Russian invaders

Museum workers from Izium, Kharkiv region, saved the 300-year-old Gospel from Russian invaders. — Suspilne reports. The Gospel was published by Ukrainian Hetman Ivan Mazepa in 1707.
Dina Lystopad, together with her colleagues from the local history museum in Izium, hid the museum exhibits during the Russian occupation of the city. Museum workers put a book that slightly resembled the Gospel into the display cabinet.
Currently, the 300-year-old Gospel is in a storage facility under the protection of the military.
