Kharkiv regional police have already reported 241 war crimes committed by Russian troops in the liberated areas of Kharkiv region

The Kharkiv regional police have now recorded 241 war crimes committed by the Russian military in the Kharkiv region’s liberated areas. Police reported this on Telegram.

“Investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine are working to document war crimes in freed settlements. Since the beginning of the de-occupation procedures, a total of 241 war crimes have been registered,” the message reads.
