From September 19, 2022, Latvia restricts the entry of Russian citizens with Schengen visas for security reasons and in connection with Russian aggression on Ukraine, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, reported on Twitter.
“Russians, do not try to cross the border, you are not welcome here, stop the war against Ukraine and get out of this beautiful country!” he wrote.
