Latvia started a special program to rebuild several facilities in Chernihiv region, including educational institutions

On September 9, 2022, the President of Ukraine, citing his Latvian counterpart, announced that Latvia has started a special program to rebuild several facilities in the Chernihiv region, including educational institutions so that children can return to school.

Earlier, the Latvian Cabinet of Ministers agreed to help rebuild Chernihiv region. Attention will be focused on rebuilding critical infrastructure and housing.
