Latvia will not issue humanitarian visas to Russians fleeing mobilization

Latvia will not issue humanitarian or other types of visas to Russian citizens fleeing mobilization, the Latvian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edgars Rinkēvičs informed on September 21, 2022.

“For security reasons, Latvia will not change the border crossing restrictions for Russian citizens with Schengen visas introduced on September 19,” he stated on Twitter.
