Luhansk region has no hospitals left undamaged
According to the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhii Haidai, every medical institution in Luhansk region has been shelled by the Russian military since the full-scale war started.
“The Russians deliberately deprived Lugansk region of medical facilities so that the wounded had no chance to survive,” said Serhii Haidai on Facebook.
