Luhansk region left without electricity and water — governor

According to the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the whole territory of the region has no access to gas and water. In Novopskov, the Russians arbitrarily interfered in the work of the main gas pipeline, which transports gas to Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

“21,000 residents of Luhansk region still have gas. They are residents of five settlements, but not all of them have gas everywhere,” he informed.
