Mariupol city council: death toll of Mariupol residents rises to 2,187
Russia bombed Mariupol, a besieged southeastern port city in Donetsk Oblast, at least 22 times in the last 24 hours, according to the city council. “Altogether, nearly 100 bombs have been dropped on Mariupol.” 400,000 residents are stuck in the city, as Russia continues to block evacuation from Mariupol.
