Maximum sanctions pressure, supplies of required weapons, and a candidate status on the path to full EU membership
“In order to stop Russia’s crimes against the Ukrainian people, the destruction of our economy, and blackmail of the world by famine, consistent support for Ukraine must prevail… The main prerequisites for Ukraine’s victory remain unchanged: maximum sanctions pressure, supply of the necessary weapons, and the granting of candidate status on the path to full EU membership,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated.
It emphasized that in the 100 days of the war, the Kremlin had not achieved its main goal — conquering Ukraine. Instead, Russia has become the world’s most sanctioned state, while its activities within international organizations and participation in international events have been significantly restricted or terminated altogether.
