“May the force be with you” Volodymyr Zelenskyy wore Star Wars T-shirt

On May 4, 2022, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy wore a T-shirt depicting a ship from Star Wars. May 4 among fans of this iconic multimedia franchise is known as Star Wars Day.

Zelensky’s T-shirt depicts “X-wing” — a combat aircraft on which Luke Skywalker destroyed the “Death Star” — stylized as a Ukrainian fighter and inscribed in a trident — the Ukrainian coat of arms.
