Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine started a #borschtchallenge
Borscht, which was recently added to UNESCO’s list of intangible cultural treasures, was prepared on Sunday [July 3, 2022] by the Ukrainian Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko. He challenged public figures after sharing the recipe and urging Ukrainians everywhere to come together and support the national tradition.
