“Missile attack in the center in Vinnytsya is another act of Russia’s increasing targeting of civilians in Ukraine”

Ambassador of the European Union to Ukraine Matti Maasikas commented on Russia’s brutal attack on downtown Vinnytsia, which killed at least 20 people, as of 4 p.m. July 14, 2022.

“Today’s missile attack in the center in Vinnytsya is another act of Russia’s increasing targeting of civilians in Ukraine. All these crimes will be thoroughly investigated, and perpetrators will be brought to justice. The EU is cooperating closely with Ukrainian authorities on it,” wrote Maasikas on Twitter.
