More than 2.8 mln Ukrainians left for Poland since the start of war

“Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale aggression, more than 2.8 million Ukrainians have left for Poland and found temporary shelter there. In particular, more than 300,000 Ukrainian citizens, who left the country due to the war, temporarily live in Krakow,” Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Liudmyla Denisova informed.
According to her, at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Galeria Krakowska Center provided support to 40,000 Ukrainian citizens every day, and more than 500 volunteers in Krakow continue to provide daily assistance to Ukrainians.
