More than 4.5 million Ukrainians have no access to electricity due to Russian attacks

More than 4.5 million Ukrainian consumers are without electricity because of Russia’s attacks on energy facilities, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported on November 6, 2022.
“Stabilization blackouts continue in Kyiv and six regions. More than 4.5 million consumers are without electricity. Most of them are now in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. It’s really difficult,” said the President of Ukraine.
