More than 400 Russian war crimes have been documented in the liberated parts of Kherson region

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russian soldiers of war crimes and killing civilians in Kherson region.

“Investigators have already documented more than 400 Russian war crimes, and the bodies of both civilians and military personnel are being found. In Kherson region, the Russian army left behind the same atrocities as in other regions of our country, where it was able to enter. We will find and bring every murderer to justice. Without any doubt,” Zelenskyy said.

According to the police, torture chambers set up by Russian occupation forces have been found on the liberated territory of Kherson region. Some of them were located in local police departments.
