More than 550 relocated businesses resumed operations at safer locations
A total of 745 businesses have been relocated in Ukraine since the government business relocation program was launched; 558 of them have already resumed operations, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Tetiana Berezhna announced.
“Since the government program was launched, businesses have submitted 1,846 requests. A total of 745 enterprises were moved to safe locations, and 558 businesses resumed operations in a new place,” Berezhna noted.
In her words, currently, the ministry is seeking a suitable location and transport means for 286 enterprises.
The government business relocation program allows the enterprises situated in the area of active hostilities to receive government assistance and relocate their production facilities to western Ukraine.
