Mosaic replicas of Maria Prymachenko’s works will be created in Latvia

The Open Workshop project is being organized in Latvia, and it will work on creating mosaic replicas-paraphrases of Maria Pryimachenko’s works. The objects will later be moved to Ivankiv’s destroyed Museum of History and Local Lore, which houses works by Maria Pryimachenko.
The Ukrainian Embassy in Latvia informs about it on its Facebook page. It should be noted that anyone can participate in the creation of mosaics. Participants in the initiative will get the necessary materials and tools, as well as professional artist support. The Mols Shopping Center (Krasta iela 46, Riga) and the Bazar’t Art Gallery will host open workshops. Work on the project will continue until mid-August 2022, and finished objects will be displayed in the city center on August 18, 2022, on Riga’s city day.
