Mstyslav Chernov’s documentary “20 days in Mariupol” receives the Audience Award at Sundance Film Festival

Ukrainian war correspondent Mstyslav Chernov’s documentary “20 Days in Mariupol,” which tells about the first weeks of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, received the Audience Award at Sundance Film Festival.

The picture captures the beginning of a full-scale invasion, the bombing of a maternity hospital and the rescue of the author of the documentary and his colleagues from the city surrounded by Russian troops.
