Mural dedicated to Ukrainian hero Oleksandr Matsievskyi, who was murdered by Russians, appeared in the center of Kyiv

A mural with the inscription “Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes!” was created in the center of Kyiv. It depicts the Hero of Ukraine, Oleksandr Matsiyevsky, who was shot by the Russians after saying: “Glory to Ukraine!”
The author of the painting is a French artist Christian Guemy, known under the pseudonym C215.
Chief of Staff of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Viacheslav Shtuchnyi, noted that the mural is a tribute to all the heroes who defend Ukraine every day and give their most precious — lives — for its independence and territorial integrity.
