National Guard sappers neutralized more than 4,700 of explosive ordnance in Kyiv region

“According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, sappers of the National Guard neutralized 4,771 explosive devices in Kyiv region. These are unexploded ordnance, mines, tripwire mines, munitions, and other dangerous items.

Demining units of the National Guard continue engineering reconnaissance in Kyiv region.

As reported, the UN named Ukraine one of the countries with the highest number of land mines.”
