Netherlands to allocate an additional €110 million to help Ukraine with energy supplies

The Netherlands will allocate an additional €110 million to Ukraine, stated Dutch Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Liesje Schreinemacher.

Money will go to repairing water supply systems and power grids and purchasing gas, products, and electricity.

“Ukraine is preparing for a rough winter. Half of its energy supply systems are destroyed. Ukrainians will face grueling conditions in the coming months. The Netherlands will provide an extra €110 m (€180 m total) to help with energy supply & shelter this winter. We stand with Ukraine.” stated the minister.
