New York’s Museum of Modern Art exhibits Ukrainian artists to show solidarity with Ukraine

MoMA is holding the ‘In Solidarity’ exhibition of works made over the course of the last century by artists born in present-day Ukraine. “The works on view, executed in various mediums, reflect a wide range of approaches: from abstraction to representation, the mechanical to the handmade, the everyday to the mystical. We have brought them together at this time as a statement of solidarity with, and in tribute to, the people of Ukraine,” said the official statement.
The exhibition displays artworks by Ukrainian-born Kazimir Malevich, Sonia Delaunay-Terk, and more.
