New Zealand imposes further sanctions against Russia

The New Zealand government has expanded sanctions on 19 Russians, reported Radio New Zealand.
The sanctions were imposed on Russian Federal Ministers, non-permanent members of Russia’s Security Council, relatives of Putin, and Chechen Republic President Ramzan Kadyrov.
“Ukraine has been clear that the most important action we can take to help them are our ongoing sanctions and supporting them, as we continue to do,” stated New Zealand’s Foreign Minister Nanaia Mahuta.
