Nokia joined Diia.City which provides a unique tax and legal space for IT business in Ukraine

Top technology company Nokia has joined the Diia.City special legal regime, as Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Development of Education, Science, and Technology and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov revealed on Telegram.

According to Fedorov, the residency will provide the company with the best legal and tax conditions, tools for attracting venture capital investments, and protection of intellectual property rights. The company will now be able to develop more actively in Ukraine and contribute to the development of the digital economy.
He remarked that the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation works with Nokia on Internet and communication development. Previously, the corporation donated 5,000 routers to Ukrainian schools, allowing pupils to continue their education in shelters during air raids.
