Norway’s parliament approves $7 billion five-year aid package for Ukraine

Norway’s parliament approved a $7 billion aid package for Ukraine on Feb. 16, 2023. It will be spread out over five years.
“You are setting a very important precedent for long-term financial support to a country that defends its independence and the right of every nation to live by generally recognized international norms,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told Norwegian MPs via a video link.
