Not a single infrastructure facility remained undamaged in Luhansk Region — Luhansk Regional Military Administration

According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Head Serhii Haidai, not a single critical or other infrastructure facility remained undamaged in Luhansk Region. Russian troops have informants helping them to target crowded stores and food warehouses.

“Each shelling of the housing stock is an intentional terrorist attack. The “Russian world” is leaving people homeless. Russians were attacking near Zolote, then retreated and opened fire on houses,” Haidai noted.

According to Haidai, high-rise buildings and detached houses were damaged in Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Zolote, and Kreminna. In Kreminna District, hectares of dry grass caught fire due to shelling, making rescuers even busier.
