The Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, said that the occupied Severodonetsk had been 90% destroyed.

“Severodonetsk is occupied. After the withdrawal of our troops, the enemy is consolidated in the regional center of Severodonetsk and satellite villages: Syrotyne, Voronove, and Borivske… The city is 90% destroyed, it will be extremely difficult to survive there, the orcs will not be able to restore communications,” Haidai said.
