Oleh Sentsov’s movie “Rhino” will be available on Netflix from May 2022

“Rhino,” a movie directed by Ukrainian filmmaker, former Kremlin prisoner, and current defender of Ukraine Oleh Sentsov, will debut on Netflix starting May 23, 2022.

“Rhino” will become the first Ukrainian feature film shown on Netflix. It is the second full-length work by Sentsov, which delves into the criminal underworld of the 1990s Ukraine and a man nicknamed ‘Rhino,’ who becomes immersed in it. The world premiere took place at the 78th Venice International Film Festival and participated in the official Horizons competition. In Ukraine, the film premiered during Kyiv Critics’ Week on February 15, 2022.
