The Minister said that on Sunday evening, Russians shelled the Zmiivska power plant and three high-voltage substations. 40 substations of different voltages were de-energized, and two 750 kV and five 330 kV overhead power lines were disconnected. Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians in Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Donetsk regions were left without electricity.
