One-third of Ukraine’s territory is mined

According to the Press Officer of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Khorunzhyi, approximately 30% of the total territory in Ukraine is mined.

Khorunzhyi said that demining Ukraine will take an average of 10 years. The most “polluted” are the Kharkiv and Kherson regions, where the Russian army presence had been the longest.
