Only 10% of the territory of the Lugansk region is under the control of Ukraine. A short evening report on May 15:

• Today we control the vicinity of Rubizhne; Lysychansk, Severodonetsk (+ villages and towns community), Mountain community, and territory along the road Lysychansk-Bakhmut to the border with Donetsk region.
• The Russians fired at one of the buildings of the Severodonetsk hospital, resulting in a fire. About a dozen shells were deliberately fired at the building of the medical institution. Previously, there were 300 beds for patients, now there is only 100 (remember that there are still 10,000 people in the city and another 5,000 in the surrounding villages) technology will not be able to conquer it.
• The evacuation does not stop. People are warned about the risks but agree because they want to sleep peacefully. Today the Police took ten people out of Severodonetsk, the car came under fire, fortunately, no one was injured. The patrol repaired the damage in the form of fragmented wheels on the spot and continued on their way to safety.
• The most dangerous destinations in the Luhansk region: Severodonetsk, from Popasna and Belogorovka (Lysychansk-Bakhmut road). Breakthroughs here may allow orcs to take the area into the ring. Fighting continues in the villages near Severodonetsk.
