Over 7,000 people in Ukraine considered missing

More than 7,000 people in Ukraine are considered missing, and 15% of them are civilians, as reported by Ukraine’s Commissioner on Persons Gone Missing under Special Circumstances Oleg Kotenko. According to him, more than 15,000 cases of missing persons have been opened since the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine started; 8,000 people have already been found.
