Poland is ready to become a security guarantor for Ukraine — Andrzej Duda, Polish President
In an interview with CNN, Polish President Andrzej Duda said that his country is ready to become one of the guarantors of security for Ukraine.
“We believe that as neighbors we simply have to,” Duda said.
He also added that only Ukraine could decide how to negotiate with Russia.
“There can be no such agreement which would lead to a peaceful settlement of the situation that we are faced with in Ukraine today, because Russia attacked Ukraine without any justification, completely without any reason, because all the information about some kind of alleged Nazism in Ukraine, this is just Russian propaganda. It has nothing to do with reality,” Duda said. “If this war is to come to an end, it has to come to an end upon such conditions which Ukraine will agree sitting at the negotiations table.”
