Poland opens technical center for repair of Ukrainian tanks

Polish defense conglomerate Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) and Ukrainian Ukroboronprom jointly established technical center for repair of T-64 tanks. Poland’s Bumar-Łabędy tank plant is well-equipped for the task, as it was designed to maintain and refurbish Polish tanks based on Soviet-era designs. In the future, the program will include servicing T-72 and PT-91 main battle tanks Poland previously transferred to Ukraine
