In the Estonian city of Narva, a poster with the words “Putin war criminal” was hung on the wall of the local museum, ERR reports. The poster on the wall of the Hermann Fortress on the Narva River is visible from the Russian city of Ivangorod. The border between the Estonian city of Narva and the Russian city of Ivangorod runs along the Narva River. According to the organizers, the message of this installation is to remind that today’s war unleashed by Russia is a war crime.
