President of Ukraine visits the city of Bakhmut — one of the hottest spots on the frontline

On Dec. 20, 2022, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the city of Bakhmut in Donetsk region — one of the hottest spots on the frontline, as Russian forces relentlessly try to break Ukraine’s defenses in the city.

Despite constant shelling of the city, Zelenskyy came to Bakhmut, met with Ukrainian defenders and awarded them, his press secretary reports.
