Prime Minister of Lithuania and Poland visit Ukraine

On November 26, 2022, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė arrived in Kyiv.

Together with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, they held a meeting as part of the Lublin Triangle.

Ukrainian, Polish, and Lithuanian PMs signed a joint statement on intensifying the process of negotiations on Ukraine’s accession to NATO, strengthening aid to Ukraine, and supporting the beginning of negotiations on Ukraine’s accession to the EU.

They also called on the international community to recognize the liberation of all the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine as a common goal.
